Communities Online, Inc.™ is a corporation established as a support organization for a team of family oriented community web sites. St. Charles Parish community web site (www.stcharlesparish.com) is a vital member of a growing number of community web sites.
Mission Statement
The mission of each community web site is to:
- provide businesses and residents in each community the opportunity to share stories of interest with others in their community (thus providing entertainment and promoting community pride and understanding).

- to preserve our culture and heritage by documenting local landmarks.
- to promote tourism in our area.
- to provide information about calendar events (festivals, concerts, trade shows, etc.)
- to encourage people in our local community to shop locally.
- to provide web site hosting for schools, churches, and non-profit organizations for free.
- to provide personal web site hosting (non-business sites) for free. Call us if you want to have your own non-business web site hosted for free. It is our goal to promote training and understanding of the internet for our community residents..
- to make enough money from business sponsorship ads to accomplish the above. A business can sponsor their own exclusive community web site for $620 dollars a year.

Sponsorship Ads
When your business sponsors our
community web site you receive the following:
- A two page web site including 4-5 pictures which runs for one full year!
- An ad banner bar which appears on the web site to attract customers to your business information
- A permanent e-mail address for your business
- A modern and up to date presentation of your business to customers through your web site
- An Opportunity to submit at least four articles throughout the year for publication on our own exclusive community web site.
- Up to four editorial changes during the annual subscription period.
