Description:	Retail - General Manager in Training #051001 3+ years of sales and management experience in the consumer products marketplace. Knowledge and understanding of terriroty management, marketing strategy, product promotions, brand development and merchandising. Specific experience in mass merchant retailing, product promotions, and multiple new product launches. Must be currently employed with a successful retail organization, and have demonstrated general management or multi-unit experience with a “big box” retailer managing a store team of 100+ associates, or multi-unit experience in a successful “mid-box” retailer. Should also have at least one promotion from the store manager position to another higher volume store or to a divisional/regional type position within the past 10 years. Positions available Nationwide. Salary range is $100 – 125K. Very Large Company includes Base Salary, Monthly Bonus + Quarterly Bonus, Stock Options, and Car Allowance – depending on position.
Requirements:	3+ years of sales and management exp in the consumer marketplace, preferably with a "Big Box" retailer managing a store teams of at least 100, and should have had at least one promotion over the past 3 years from store manager to a divisional/regional type position.
Pay Rate:	$100-125K
